The opportunity

This graduate-level role provides exposure to the property project lifecycle, from early scope through to delivery. You will work alongside Project Managers and senior stakeholders while building the foundations for a long-term project management career.

The role

As a Project Administrator, you will help multiple project teams stay organised and keep communication, records and deliverables moving. The role combines coordination, professional document presentation, project administration and day-to-day support.

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings and workshops across projects and stakeholders.
  • Manage project correspondence, inboxes, follow-up actions and meeting records.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, action registers, presentations and project reports.
  • Support document control, filing and records management across project platforms.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, site visits, travel and itinerary details.
  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, tender submissions and procurement records.
  • Monitor programs, deadlines and key deliverables, maintaining project registers.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, clients and suppliers in a professional way.
  • Support onboarding, inductions, security documentation and general project administration.

Job requirements

  • Recently completed or near-completion degree in property, construction management, project management, engineering, urban development or a related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in project management within property and the built environment.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with confidence engaging different stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced project professionals.
  • Previous property, construction, professional-services or project experience is useful but not essential.

Eligibility: A recent graduate or final-year student in property, construction management, project management, engineering, urban development or a related discipline, with strong organisation and communication skills.
