AI-First Project Learning Experience

Company details

This learning-led internship is organised by Bridgin Automation and introduced through Career Partners. It gives participants a structured view of how technology teams explore ideas, make decisions and reflect across a project lifecycle. Registrations of interest are now open for the introductory cohort.

The opportunity

The internship follows a project through broad stages including discovery, design, engineering, quality assurance and deployment. Sessions focus on observation, mentor explanation, review, Q&A and sandbox exercises; participants are not placed into delivery roles.

The role

Participants will meet the perspectives commonly found behind a project: product and analysis, experience design, engineering, quality, cloud and security, data and AI, marketing and operations. These are learning topics, not assigned work responsibilities.

  • Follow guided project walkthroughs and mentor demonstrations.
  • Take part in architecture, workflow and role reviews.
  • Ask questions, reflect on decisions and discuss trade-offs.
  • Complete optional sandbox exercises for personal learning.
  • Develop learning notes and career reflections.

Job requirements

  • Interest in technology, digital work or how projects are delivered.
  • Willingness to learn through observation, discussion and reflection.
  • Ability to participate in scheduled sessions and respect the internship boundaries.
  • Students and recent graduates are the intended audience.

Eligibility: Intended for students and recent graduates. Eligibility and participation terms will be confirmed for each cohort.
